Sleeping arrangements:
Main bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite, open plan, full bathroom. Second bedroom with queen size bed and shared bathroom in the passage. Third bedroom with double bed, and staircase to loft with 3 single mattresses. There are also 2 daybeds in the Entertainment area. Outside studio with double bed, and en-suite toilet and shower.

The main bedroom is en-suite with shower, bath, basin and toilet while the second bathroom is located in the passage, with bath, shower, basin and toilet.

Large kitchen with plenty of cupboards and huge service area, the kitchen has a separate scullery and store room.
Braai:Downstairs undercover patio with outside braai facilities and large inside braai room with built in fireplace. Wood available on request and at an extra cost.
Audio: Lounge and all the bedrooms except the loft with TV, DVD & DSTV
The villa is also equipped with a bar and Jacuzzi, these facilities are available by prior arrangement with reception at The Farmhouse Hotel at an additional cost.
